Lesson 1:
A man is getting into the shower just as his wife is finishing up her
shower, when
the doorbell rings. The wife quickly wraps herself in a towel and runs
downstairs.
When she opens the door, there stands Bob, the next-door neighbour.
Before she says a word, Bob says, 'I'll give you $800 to drop that towel.'
After thinking for a moment, the woman drops her towel and stands naked
in front of Bob, after a few seconds, Bob hands her $800 and leaves.
The woman wraps back up in the towel and goes back upstairs.
When she gets to the bathroom, her husband asks, 'Who was that?'
'It was Bob the next door neighbour,' she replies.
'Great,' the husband says, 'did he say anything about the $800 he owes me?'

Moral of the story:
If you share critical information pertaining to credit and risk with your
shareholders in time, you may be in a position to prevent avoidable
exposure.

Lesson 2:
A priest offered a Nun a lift. She got in and crossed her legs, forcing her
gown to reveal a leg. The priest nearly had an accident.
After controlling the car, he stealthily slid his hand up her leg.
The nun said, 'Father, remember Psalm 129?'
The priest removed his hand. But, changing gears, he let his hand slide up
her leg again. The nun once again said, 'Father, remember Psalm 129?'
The priest apologized 'Sorry sister but the flesh is weak.'
Arriving at the convent, the nun sighed heavily and went on her way.
On his arrival at the church, the priest rushed to look up Psalm 129.
It said, 'Go forth and seek, further up, you will find glory.'

Moral of the story:
If you are not well informed in your job, you might miss a great
opportunity.

Lesson 3:
A sales rep, an administration clerk, and the manager are walking to lunch
when they find an antique oil lamp. They rub it and a Genie comes out.
The Genie says, 'I'll give each of you just one wish.' 'Me first! Me first!'
Says the admin clerk. 'I want to be in the Bahamas , driving a speedboat,
without a care in the world.'
Puff! She's gone.
'Me next! Me next!' says the sales rep. 'I want to be in Hawaii, relaxing
on the beach with my personal masseuse, an endless supply of Pina Coladas
and the love of my life.'
Puff! He's gone.
'OK, you're up,' the Genie says to the manager. The manager says,
'I want those two back in the office after lunch.'

Moral of the story:
Always let your boss have the first say.

Lesson 4:
An eagle was sitting on a tree resting, doing nothing.
A small rabbit saw the eagle and asked him, 'Can I also sit like you
and do nothing?' The eagle answered: 'Sure, why not.'
So, the rabbit sat on the ground below the eagle and rested.
All of a sudden, a fox appeared, jumped on the rabbit and ate it.

Moral of the story:
To be sitting and doing nothing, you must be sitting very, very high up.

Lesson 5:
A turkey was chatting with a bull. 'I would love to be able to get to the
top of that tree' sighed the turkey, 'but I haven't got the energy.'
'Well, why don't you nibble on some of my droppings?' replied the bull.
They're packed with nutrients.' The turkey pecked at a lump of dung, and
found it actually gave him enough strength to reach the lowest branch of the

tree.
The next day, after eating some more dung, he reached the second branch.
Finally after a fourth night, the turkey was proudly perched at the top of
the tree. He was promptly spotted by a farmer, who shot him out of the
tree.

Moral of the story:
Bull Shit might get you to the top, but it won't keep you there.

Lesson 6:
A little bird was flying south for the winter. It was so cold the bird froze
and fell to the ground into a large field.
While he was lying there, a cow came by and dropped some dung on him.
As the frozen bird lay there in the pile of cow dung, he began to realize
how warm he was. The dung was actually thawing him out!
He lay there all warm and happy, and soon began to sing for joy.
A passing cat heard the bird singing and came to investigate.
Following the sound, the cat discovered the bird under the pile of
cow dung, and promptly dug him out and ate him.

Morals of the story:
(1) Not everyone who shits on you is your enemy.
(2) Not everyone who gets you out of shit is your friend.
(3) And when you're in deep shit, it's best to keep your mouth shut!

Water City By now, most of us have heard about the Island Cities being built in Dubai, but Inhabit at has just done a feature on a new concept by artist Vincent Callebaut for a self-sufficient floating city that will never have to face a problem about finding land to build on. The "Lilypad" would take advantage of all of today's green technologies, including generating power from the sun, wind and water, and would produce zero emissions from its residents. Don't expect to see construction on one of these anytime soon, but don't be surprised if, like the Island Cities in Dubai, real estate starts branching out into the oceans in the next decade.

World’s largest swimming pool, AMAZING!

If you like doing laps in the swimming pool, you might want to stock up on the energy drinks before diving in to this one. It is more than 1,000 yards long, covers 20 acres, had a 115ft deep end and holds 66 million gallons of water. Yesterday the Guinness Book of Records named the vast pool beside the sea in Chile as the biggest in the world. But if you fancy splashing out on one of your own - and you have the space to accommodate it - then beware: This one took five years to build, cost nearly 1billion and the annual maintenance bill will be 2million.

The man-made saltwater lagoon has been attra cting huge crowds to the San Alfonso del Mar resort at Algarroba, on Chile’s southern coast, since it opened last month. Its turquoise waters are so crystal clear that you can see the bottom even in the deep end.
It dwarfs the world's second biggest pool, the Orthlieb - nicknamed the Big Splash - in Morocco, which is a mere 150 yards long and 100 yards wide. An Olympic size pool measures some 50 yards by 25 yards. Chile's monster pool uses a computer- controlled suction and filtration system to keep fresh seawater in permanent circulation, drawing it in from the ocean at one end and pumping it out at the other. The sun warms the water to 26c, nine degrees warmer than the adjoining sea.

Chilean biochemist Fernando Fischmann, whose Crystal Lagoons Corporation designed the pool, said advanced engineering meant his company could build 'an impressive artificial paradise' even in inhospit able areas. 'As long as we have access to unlimited seawater, we can make it work, and it causes no damage to the ocean.'

Niah National Park

Some 100km from Miri and within then majestic enclave of the nearly 8’000 acre Niah National Park, lie caves that have been gazetted as historical monuments. The limestone formation that is Niah Great Cave covers approximately 27 acres and is both a world renowned archeological site and tourist’s wonderland. A 40,000 years old skull was unearthed, along with a variety of tools, ornaments and pottery of stone, shell and bone construction dating from both the old new Stone Age.

Closed to the Great Cave is the Painted Cave (Kain Hitam). This cave was used by prehistoric man for religious and burial purposes. Wall paintings, rendered in thick bold strokes in red hematite cover some 32metres

When I was a child I still remember, I ran home crying all the way. When I got in, you could see how sad I was. You dried my eyes, sat me down and ask me what the matter was. It was hard at first but eventually everything just spilled out. My friends were bully me. At the moment you sat me down, gave me a cup of coffee and a great big hug. It was the best feeling in the world, when I know that someone cared about me so much. You simply smiled and said, “We’ll sort them out.” Later on that evening, I heard you two say that you would stand by me and what ever I decided to do, you would respect my whishes. I just broke down in tears of relief. I knew then that I would be able to deal with the problem. Now I stand up for myself and have a plenty of friends. If it weren’t for you, I’d just be a shy punch-bag for the entire mean, cold hearted people at school. Some people might say all parents would be just understanding but you make it very special for me. Thanks a bunch to the best MUM and DAD in my world. And I mean it. I love you MUM & DAD.

Ko orang putih nya madah ke iya “wait for my fren, wait!!!” Tang pengayuh nya majah guit ke sampan iya, org putih nya majak madah “wait for my fren, wait for my fren!!” alu nyau meh sida pengayuh sampan tu nuju tempat tik ka dituju penumpang ke lain.

Laban ke pedis ati kaban iya ditinggal ke sampan lalu mucau-mucau meh org putih tu naik sampan lalu nyebut “Bullshit You!!!!” laban ke nadai sekula pengayuh nya pun madah “apu nemu makai rusit org putih tok pia, legik meh ku merik nuan” ko iya….Datai meh pengayuh tok ngagai org putih nya lalu merik rusit ngagai iya, endak mukai2 org putih nya terkejut lalu “No…..no, what is this???” Lalu pengayuh nya pun madah “Nama utai ko dik? Dik madah pedis betis pia legik ku ngurut” Lalu org putih nya pun berjako “Derrr What Wrong with you!!! I don’t understand about this!!” Laban ke belik pengayuh tok pun ingat org putih nya ka ngagai grandstand…..lalu di anjung iya ke grandstand meh uchak nya.

Sampai grandstand org putih nya pun merik jako “Thank you sir, this is your pocket money”. “Apoooo amai manah org putih tok bedau kala aku nerima duit nyampau tok 50ringgit, terima kasih belacan tunu” ko iya. Cinta yg dikhianati

Apa sahaja yg bisa membuat diri nya bahagia awak sanggup lakukan demi memiliki hatinya tanpa menghiraukan apakan terjadi dan lantar belakang si dia. Dalam tak sedar anda telah mengetahui si dia ada yg lain, setiap kali anda ingin mendapatkan jawapan dan kepastian dari si dia…sudah pasti berbagai alasan, seringkali menjauhkan diri dari anda. Situasi begini lah sering berlaku andai org yg kita anggap sebagai kekasih itu ingin mengambil kesempatan dalam diam tanpa kita sedari cinta yg kita semai sekian lama telah dikhianati dan dalam diam dia ada yg lain.

Dalam situasi begini perlukah kita merayu si dia sedangkan kita sudah mengetahui si dia pasti tak kan kembali ke pangkuan kita kerna yg pasti dia telah ada yg lain yg lebih kukuh kedudukan nya. Bila kita harus memilih jalan yg terbaik utk diri kita, jgn sekali merayu pada yg tak menghargai cinta kita. Cinta tak seharusnya memiliki, cinta tak seharusnya menyakiti, cinta juga tak seharusnya menyentuh andai tiada haluan bersama lepaskan lah agar tiada yg terluka walaupun rasa itu amat pedih hakikat nya sudah tiada jodoh.

Mungkir pada janji bukan kerna kita bersalah mungkin utk kebaikan, kesamaran dalam sebuah perhubungan yg tak bisa diselamatkan. Utk teman yg pernah mengalami kepahitan dalam sebuah perhubungan yg di khianati jgn mudah berputus asa dalam mengharungi segala dukaan mungkin ada hikmat disebalik semua itu. Jangan merayu pada yg tak sudi kerna itu kan menjatuhkan maruah mu, jgn tangisi apa yg berlaku…..

Semua org ingin kan cinta sejati dan hakiki tapi mungkin sudah seharusnya jgn sesali semua yg terjadi, perpisahan tak terhindari kerna tiada kejujuran. Dalam hidup ini kita tak kan lari dari kekecewaan yg pasti jadikan ia suatu pengajaran.

Bangun pagi ni terasa jer kepingin Laksa Sarawak, apa lagi kita bagun awal2 bersiap, msg my cousin sama2 sarapan kat tempat biasa untuk menjamu selera pagi ngan laksa sarawak.... sedap nyeeerr

kalau nak tahu laksa sarawak ni sgt terkenal kat sarawak, selain menggunakan isi ayam yg dihiris halus, ada udang, tauge, telur dan tauhu tak lupa daun bawang sebagai hiasan jgn lupa paling penting kuah dia yg sedap tu hehehe...dimakan bersama ngan sambal laksa sarawak.. esok pula nak makan apa ya mungkin mee kolok atau kuehchap....

Saya tahu dimana anda harus mendapatkan perencah laksa Sarawak kat supermarket di sarawak semua ada cuma berlainan brand sahaja. tetapi percayalah, laksa Sarawak merupakan laksa paling sedap berbanding laksa yang lain!

Jom ke Air Terjun Lambir

Perkelahan ke Taman Air Terjun Lambir pada Ahad lepas (27June09) bersama teman2 membawa seribu kenangan yg terindah... Perjalanan dimulakan dgn memandu dari Miri pukul 1o3oam sampai ke lokasi Lambir waterfall dalam 1130am, sebelum masuk setiap pengunjung di mestikan utk mendaftar nama di kaunter pendaftaran dan juga tiket masuk sebanyak Rm1o seorg...

Perjalanan masuk ke dalam memakan masa lebih dari 30minit dgn permandangan yg cukup indah, kicauan burung yg sungguh menyeronokkan....
sampai saja kami tak membuang masa utk mandi manda sejuk nyaaaaaa....
jgn tak pergi nikmatilah keindahan alam di negara kita sendiri hargai alam sekitar...

Jom cuti-cuti dan nikmati ketenangan jiwa.....

Lambir Hill’s and water fall.

Visible from Miri Town itself is the Lambir Hills, a 30minute drive away as a chain of steep sandstone hills bounded by rugged cliffs. The ground flora consists of an unusual variety of palms which give an added exotic feel to the park. It is said that Lambir Hills may well contain the most species-rich forest in the world.

Lambir’s numerous waterfalls attract many day visitors from Miri and even neighbouring Brunei. Overnight accommodation is now available for those wishing to stay and see more of the park.

5 Dont's when you are SLEEPING

1 - DON'T SLEEP WITH WATCH

Therefore if you need to put your mo! Bile phone near you, switch it off first.

4 - DON'T SLEEP WITH MAKE UP
People who sleep with make up might have skin problems in the long run? Sleeping with make up will cause the skin to have difficulty in breathing and problem in perspiring. You will also need a much longer time to go into deep sleep.

(Kecurangan) salah siapa?

Salah siapa bila berlaku kecurangan dalam suatu perhubungan. Ini lah sering berlaku dimana-mana saja tak kira seteguh mana pun iman org itu akan tergugak juga... masalah sebeginilah yang paling menyakitkan serta serius dalam sesuatu hubungan cinta atau perkhawinan. Walaupun pasangan tersebut mengambil keputusan untuk bersatu kembali dalam usaha utk menyelamatkan keadaan namun dalam hati masih tercalar, sukar untuk masing2 menerima hakikat kecurangan dulu membayangi kehidupan harian.

Perkara seperti ini lah yang selalu mencetus perselisihan faham dan menjadi ungkitan bila permasalah tercetus antara pasangan tersebut. Kecurangan boleh berlaku apabila ada permasalahan dalam sesuatu hubungan atau kekecewaan dalam hal-hal tertentu yang tidak memenuhi hati pasangan masing2. sesetengah pasangan yang tertekan dalam hubungan tersebut sudah pasti inginkan perhatian serta menuntut kasih sayang dari pasangan tetapi kurang memberikan perhatian, boleh tertarik pada perempuan atau lelaki lain yang dapat memberinya perhatian serta kasih sayang yg berbeza dan istimewa. Perkara begini lah yg membuatkan seseorang untuk berlaku curang, ia adalah kerana situasi sekeliling atau juga dalaman individu itu sendiri akhirnya keluarga serta hubungan cinta musnah dan anak2 dan org tercinta diabaikan.

Sesuatu hubungan yg bermasalah harus kah diteruskan apabila sebelah pihak sudah tiada lagi kasih sayang seperti dulu, haruskah dalam diam kita curang bila ada pihak tertentu yg sudi mendengar luahan rasa dan sudi memberi kasih bila diperlukan sedangkan kecurangan itu telah terjadi siapa harus dipersalahkan dalam hubungan ini.....bagaimana juga perasaan org ketiga itu bila dia sedar akan sikapnya itu meruntuhkan kebahagian org....apakah perasaan nya andai dia mengetahui dirinya hanya diperlukan bila saat individu tersebut dalam keadaan tertekan dgn rumahtangga lalu mencarinya sekadar tmpt memuaskan hati tanpa ikatan apa2...

Bila hubungan tersebut dihidu ini lah yg kita sering lihat penceraian serta hubungan percintaan akan terputus. Orang yg trauma sudah pasti individu yg tak pernah menyangka insan yg dicintai itu bersikap begitu. Kesimpulan nya kita berusaha dalam mengeratkan lagi hubungan suami isteri atau pasangan kekasih dari segi sering memberi perhatian sedia memberi dan meneriama serta memaafkan kesilapan masing2, jgn sekali mengungkit keburukan masing2 sebalik nya imbas lah kebaikan insan yg kita cintai agar hubungan yg harmoni akan terjalin keintiman berkekalan....disamping itu jaga lah perwatakan yg menarik agar org yg kita sayang tak jemu utk bersama....

This pretty meaningful, found it from one of article that i read, so I thought of re posting it here to shared to those out there who may find this useful in your life, it might not be perfect, but it could give u a couple of advises.

When you think of your past love, you may view it as a failure. But when you find a new love, you view the past as teacher. In the game of love, it doesn’t really matter who won or who lost. What’s important is you know when to hold on and when to let go! You know you really love someone when you want him or her to be happy, even if their happiness means that you’re not part of it. Everything happens for the best. If the person you love doesn’t love you back, don’t be afraid to love someone else again, for you’ll never know unless you give it a try. You’ll never love a person you love unless you risk for love. Loves strikes in hurting. If you don’t get hurt, you don’t learn how to love. Love doesn’t hurt all the time. Though the hurting is still there to test you, to help you grow. Don’t find love, let love find you. That’s why it’s called falling in love because you don’t force yourself to fall. You just fall. You cannot finish a book without closing its chapters.

Love is not destroyed by a single failure or won by a single caress. It is a lifetime venture in which we are always learning, discovering and growing. The greatest irony of love is letting go when you need to hold on and holding on when you need to let go. We lose someone we love only when we are destined to find someone else who can love us even more than we can love ourselves. On falling out of love, take some time to heal and then get back on the horse. But don’t ever make the same mistake of riding the same one that threw you the first time. To love is to risk rejection, to live be to risk dying, to hope is to risk failure. But risk must be taken because the greatest hazard in life is risk nothing! To reach for another is to risk involvement, to expose your feelings is to expose true self; to love is to risk not to be loved in return.

How to define love: fall but not stumble, be constant but not too persistent, share and never be unfair, understand and try not to demand, hurt but never keep the pain. Love is like a knife. It can stab the heart or it can carve wonderful images into the soul that always last for a lifetime. Love is supposed to be the most wonderful feeling. It should inspire you and give you joy and strength. But sometimes the things that give you joy can also hurt you in the end. Loving people means giving them the freedom who they choose to be and where they choose to be. Loving someone means giving him the freedom to find his way, whether it leads towards you or away from you. Love is a painful risk to take but the risk must be taken no matter how scary or painful, for only then you’ll experience the fullness of humanity and that is love. Only love can hurt your heart, fill you with desire and tear you apart. Only love can make you cry and only love knows why.

If you’re not ready to cry, if you’re not ready to take the risk, if you’re not ready to feel the pain, then you’re not ready to fall in love. There was a time in our lives when we became afraid to fall in love coz every time we do, we get hurt, then I figured that’s why it’s called falling in love. Whatever happened, don’t give up! It is just a trial. After all God will not give you trial that you can’t tackle. Have faith in yourself and cheer up. When you decide to love, allow it to grow. When you promise to love, love from the very bottom of your heart.

Pesan ku arap ke nuan lantang belama

Ngau orang tik ulih merik penyenang ke nuan

Pergi meh nuan sulu engau iya tik dipilih nuan

Anang irau nadai dendam benci dalam hatiku

Biar ku ngemai ati tik hancur telih

Aku ngundur kedirik ngau airmata

Endak ku nyangka tua beserara

Ku simpan semua kenangan tua suba

Endak berasai airmata ku keberai

Ku harap ke nuan sulu lantang belama

Ukai ku endak sayau agi sulu

Ku harap nuan pun nemu….

Nadaiku ngungkit semua utai tik ku beri

Entik dah tertulis dalam hidup tua nadai nasid begulai

Pergi meh sulu ku endak pedis ati ke nuan

Cuma penyayau ku ke nuan agik baka suba…
